* Comments: What was a 40% chance or precipitation (rain/snow) turned into a non-event for Central Virginia. The moisture worked its way into Pennsylvania and northward into the NE last night into this morning. The band of precipitation was sheared apart by the time it hit the mountains to the west. The only significant effect from this storm was the cloudy skies overnight.
