Ryan Ramsey:

A native of Michigan, Ryan has lived most of his adult life in Virginia. Ryan has resided in Richmond since 1992 and attended college at Virginia Tech from 2000-2005. He currently works as an urban planner and actively photographs for richmondcitywatch.com. Ryan lives in Henrico County.

Russell Mills:

Born in Richmond, VA, Russ has lived in Chesterfield County for his entire life, with the only exceptions being when he was away for college. Russ graduated from high school in the Spring of 2000, and started his college career at Virginia Tech in the Fall of 2000. While in college, Russ resided in Blacksburg, VA rooming with childhood friend and fellow weather enthusiast Ryan Ramsey. Russ obtained a B.A. in Public and Urban Affairs in December 2003 and a Master’s of Urban and Regional Land Use in 2005 from VA Tech. Some of his interests include: meteorology, technology, computers, and playing the occasional video game or two.
