On my way home this evening, I stopped to capture a small photo update of the new Dominion HQ going up on East Cary Street. I was also out on January 16th and took more than 70 new photos. You can review the Gallery photos here:

August 2015: Photo Gallery Update
I took a handful of photos from the City Hall’s observation deck back in August. I overlooked these photos for awhile, but discovered them last week when I was reviewing photos from last year. July 2014: Photo Update
It’s been a busy year and I know that updates to RCW have been few and far between over the last two years. My hope is to provide consistent monthly updates to the RCW Gallery as well as work on bringing back the building database. I’m working on fixing a bug with the old pages and hope to have the database back online within a few weeks (if not sooner). Long term, I hope to revamp these pages to provide accurate, consistent data. I also hope to have photos attached to each building page, a feature sorely lacking at this point.
In the meantime, a more comprehensive update on Richmond construction projects is highlighted below:

Two Cranes
A smaller, but identical tower crane was added over the weekend at the Children’s Hospital construction site on Broad Street. The additional crane should allow the building to rise even faster in the coming weeks and months.
