In the last month, I made it out once to grab some photos. I’m blaming it on the cold weather (6th coldest February ever recorded in Richmond). The photos below are from Powhatan Hill, taken a few days after a 6″ snowfall. Downtown is in the distance, visible through some freezing fog. Enjoy!
