RCW: November 2009 Gallery Update

Approximately 50 photos have been added to the November 2009 Gallery. The Gallery highlights include:

  • Skyline, Jefferson Hill Park
  • Williams Mullen Tower
  • Skyline, Robert E. Lee Bridge/Cowardin Avenue
Expect a couple of larger batches of photos in the next month or so. I'm hoping to start on a Church Hill survey next month (weather permitting).

RCW: June 2009 Gallery Update

Just a handful of photos have been uploaded to the June 2009 photo gallery so far. They mainly consist of photos of the new Williams Mullen Tower going up at 9th and East Cary Streets. A more comprehensive Downtown construction update will be coming shortly.

While in the process of processing a fairly large photo batch, I wanted to share this panorama that was taken yesterday from the south floodwall overlook. Thanks to projects spurred towards the end of the real estate boom, new mid-rises are still rising Downtown.
